Hundreds of thousands of local authority workers will
be on strike on Wed 16th and Thurs 17th July. We believe
the UNISON action this week will be an important new phase in the class
struggle.
 This is a downloadable pdf leaflet for Socialist
Appeal supporters, around which to plan our intervention. We would like
supporters in every area to start planning now what you will be doing on those
two days.
Do you remember the coverage on the website last time? In April the best
local reports were those in the form of interviews with workers who had come
into action for the first time. Make sure you take plenty of pictures and send
them in. Delegate someone to pull everyone’s account of their intervention
together into an area report. Get it sent down as quickly as you can, even if
it’s just a few words.
