At the present time there has never been a more pressing urge for young people to organise to defend their schools and education. Socialist Appeal supports the School Students' Unions that have been set up in London and Edinburgh, and encourages school students to get in touch to start organisingin their areas, as a step toward the creation of a National School Students' Union.
